Teacher's Appreciation Snow Globe

Since I had some extra snow globes left over from my student's projects, I decided to use it for a teacher gift as well. I always give teacher's gift cards for gifts, because I know that's what they prefer, but I also like to have something small to go along with it.

I sent out this Google form (feel free to make a copy, but do not edit this original) to all the students in my kid's class, asking all the students to write something they like or appreciate about their teacher and/or class.
I then printed them out on a 2.5 inch circular template (I use Avery templates just as a guide- it's free an easy!).
I had a snowflake punch that I used to punch out each comment separately- it took a while to line up and punch all 36 out, but it wasn't hard and I just did it during one of my Zoom meetings :) If you don't have a snowflake punch you can just print out the responses and cut them out in strips to place in the globe.
I added a little leftover batting in between layers of snowflakes to make them stand up a bit more (otherwise they would all just lay flat when placed in the snow globe) and added the teacher's name using my Silhouette machine.
They loved it! At the bottom I included the QR code where they could read all the students' responses without looking at each snowflake individually. They said it made them feel appreciated in what they do. Paired with a gift card from their favorite store, it was the perfect gift!
